We can carry out regular checks to ensure that your backup procedures are working and that your antivirus software is kept current without taking up any of your valuable time.

In addition to this we can provide onscreen help and resolve the majority of issues without need for a site visit, thus making huge savings on time and money. As a rule of thumb, if it does not require a screwdriver it does not require a visit, making problem resolution quick, effective and very efficient.

All that’s required is a fixed Internet connection such as ADSL broadband, a firewall/router and remote management tools, all of which we can provide as part of the package.
